30 DAY RETURN POLICY

PROCOOL LLC is committed to our customers' satisfaction. We encourage everyone to call us to ensure you get the correct product for your application. We also encourage everyone to read the "Buyer's Guide" prior to purchase. Most PROCOOL products can be returned for refund or store credit. All returns must be approved within 30 days from the purchase date. Most stock items can be returned for refund if they are returned in an unopened and not used condition.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged if the product packaging has been opened.
If the product is returned and shows signs of wear or use, refurbishment fees will be deducted from the refund.
(Refurbishment fees are the total cost of parts and labor required to return the product to "Like New" condition)
"Rack rash" or scratches from the mounting screws requires a complete refurbishment as the panel is not re-usable. If there is any damage or excessive signs of use, the refund may be declined.
In the event a refund is declined the product will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. If the customer fails to pay for the return cost the product(s) will be held for 30 days. After 30 days the product(s) will be considered abandoned.

Unclaimed or refused shipments that get returned may be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Custom and Special orders may not be returned.
Any products that are built to a customer's specifications may not be returned.
Any products that incorporate special assembly parts may not be returned.
Any products that incorporate parts purchased by ProCool specifically for an order may not be returned.
Larger orders valued at $1000 or more can be returned but a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund..
(We ask all customers to call or write us to ensure you are getting the correct product for your application.)

Shipping fees are non refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If an order was originally shipped for free, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
It is advisable to use the original or like packaging when returning any products.
